Adam Bleggi, Esq.

Adam is well versed in numerous aspects of Florida real estate law having a daily focus on advising and guiding clients in the negotiation and closing of residential and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, loan documents and leases, along with providing title insurance services in connection with real estate transactions.  Adam also advises and assists clients in the formation of business entities and preparation of organizational documents.

Adam’s knowledge as a former Southwest Florida realtor and experience assisting clients in civil litigation matters, particularly those involving real estate litigation, provides him with the unique ability to navigate, adapt and adjust to all the moving parts involved in “relatively simple” or more “complex” real estate transactions. Adam represents purchasers, sellers, investors, lenders and businesses by implementing practical and efficient strategies to maximize client goals and objectives.

Adam is originally from Youngstown, Ohio and moved to Southwest Florida in 2004. Adam attended undergraduate at The University of Toledo, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Organizational Development and Management with a minor in Business Law.  Adam attended The University of Akron School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2011.  When not working, Adam relishes spending time with his wife and three young daughters and enjoys playing golf and tennis.
