Bradley Spivey, Esq.

Brad Spivey has been practicing as a litigation attorney since 2019 and handled a wide range of client matters, including complex business litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, insurance disputes, and personal injury litigation. Brad has experience litigating cases in Florida state and federal courts, including appellate work. He is currently admitted and licensed to appear in all Florida state courts.

Brad was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2019, where he began his practice at a Plaintiff’s firm in Tampa specializing in complex business litigation and bankruptcy cases and represented both institutional and individual clients. In 2020, he transitioned to a firm where he expanded his litigation practice by litigating cases focusing primarily on bodily injury, property damage, and first-party homeowner’s claims.

Brad grew up in Flagler County, Florida, and moved to Tampa in 2019, where he has resided.  He graduated from Florida State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Spanish. He graduated with his Juris Doctorin May of 2019 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While in Law School, Brad was awarded the dean’s leadership award for services rendered to the school.

Outside the office, you can find Brad watching college football, drawing/sketching, and throwing the Frisbee for his dog.
