Carly practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real property transactions, including, without limitation, developer representation, landlord and tenant representation, and purchaser and seller representation in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Carly was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric. Carly then graduated from Stetson University College of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2017. During her time in law school, Carly clerked for Magistrate Sean Cadigan of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, volunteered for the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, and received a Book Award for academic performance in Negotiation and Mediation. After law school, Carly worked as a litigation attorney focusing on Insurance Defense, Foreclosures, Real Estate, and Business law until joining Berlin Patten Ebling PLLC.

In her free time, Carly loves spending time with her daughter, cheering on Tampa Bay sports teams, and being outside on the water.
