Cheri Kuenn, Esq.

Cheri is an associate in the St. Petersburg office, focusing her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Cheri was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. In 2016 she received her bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of South Florida. While studying at USF, Cheri was involved in various philanthropic events and studied abroad in Italy. In 2021 Cheri received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Cheri attended Stetson part-time while working full-time as a paralegal and eventually as a law clerk. Upon her graduation from law school, Cheri began her practice at Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, where she focused on commercial real estate transactions, financing, leasing, and development.

Cheri is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. When not practicing law, Cheri enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and seeking out new experiences.
