Emily Flinchpaugh is a dedicated estate planning and probate attorney committed to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Emily grew up in Houston, Texas, and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University, where she was also in the Honors College. A particularly interesting Business Law course inspired her to pursue her Juris Doctor, which she earned from Texas A&M School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, in 2023. During law school, Emily served as a Note and Comment Editor and Equity and Inclusion Editor for Law Review.
After graduating law school, Emily began practicing estate planning in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, before leaving the Sooner State behind for sunny Florida. Emily is currently involved in the Sarasota County Bar Association, serving on the Programming Committee of the Young Lawyers Division. In her free time, Emily loves spending time with her partner, Phillip, and their dog, Murphy, getting creative in the kitchen, reading a good book, and teeing it up on the golf course.
