Gaetano D’Anna II, Esq.

Gaetano D’Anna has been practicing in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, and business law since 2020. Gaetano has experience in residential and commercial closings, summary probate administration, estate planning, and Florida entity formation.

Gaetano grew up in Melbourne, Florida. He obtained his bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Economics from the University of South Florida, then attained his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University Of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020. After graduating law school, Gaetano returned to Tampa to begin his practice at Satel Law, PLLC in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, and business law, where he worked until joining Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC.

Gaetano is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Gaetano has also volunteered with Bay Area Legal Services providing landlord tenant pro bono support and serves as the president and secretary of his condominium association.

In his free time, Gaetano enjoys tinkering with all things tech, spoiling his cats, and relaxing with his incredible fiancé.
