Gary W. Peal practices mainly in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Tax and Business Law. This includes complex Will and Trust Planning to achieve the client’s specific tax and estate planning goals while planning to eliminate or minimize estate tax, gift tax, income tax and generation-skipping taxes.
Mr. Peal’s business law practice includes the formation of corporations, partnerships, LLCs and other entities and all contracts associated with the running of a business. Mr. Peal also assists owners with the sale of business entities or assets as well as succession planning for business owners.
Gary was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has practiced in Sarasota for over 35 years. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Florida with high honors and his law degree from the University of Florida with honors. In addition, after law school, Mr. Peal earned his Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree in Taxation at the University of Florida. Gary is married with three children and enjoys offshore fishing, basketball, and tennis.
