Maritrini “Trini” Crampton, Esq.

Maritrini “Trini” Crampton, Esq. is a Community Association Attorney at Berlin Patten Ebling in the Firm’s Sarasota Office. She represents condominium and homeowner associations in all aspects of community association law. She counsels boards on day-to-day operations, interprets governing documents and service contracts, enforces compliance with statutory requirements and governing documents, drafts and amends declarations and bylaws, and pursues assessment collections.

Trini holds a JD and an MBA from the University of Florida, where she served as executive managing editor of the Florida Journal of International Law and earned the Helen Gibel Blechman Pro Bono Award. She externed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., through the Honors Legal Program, and studied comparative law at the University of Oxford through the Oxford–Ohio State Summer Law Program. She is a past president of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers.

When not working, Trini enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and running.
