Natasha Selvaraj, Esq.

Natasha Selvaraj is a Partner and Shareholder at Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC. Natasha’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to real estate closings, contract and lease preparation, as well as condominium development and developer representation. Natasha is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Junior League of Sarasota and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).

Natasha has served in leadership roles for the Junior League of Sarasota, committees for RASM and is a past president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Natasha was born in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Florida in 2013. Natasha obtained her degree in Business Management from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and then attended the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, before moving to Sarasota with her husband Warren. When not working Natasha enjoys reading, travelling and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
