Natasha Selvaraj is a Partner and Shareholder at Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC. Natasha’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to real estate closings, contract and lease preparation, as well as condominium development and developer representation. Natasha is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).

Natasha is President Elect of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association, a member of the Young Professionals Network committee, the RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation committee, and Secretary of the Board for the Junior League of Sarasota.

Natasha was born in Toronto, Canada, and moved to Florida in 2013. Natasha obtained her degree in Business Management from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and then attended the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, before moving to Sarasota with her husband Warren. When not working Natasha enjoys reading, travelling and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
