William H. Drumm, Esq.

William H. Drumm, known as Bill, has been a dedicated attorney since 1995, with admissions to the Bars of Florida, New York, and North Carolina. Originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York, Bill completed his undergraduate studies at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. After college, he began his career in the finance sector with Citibank’s North American Finance Group in New York City, during which time he also attended New York University. Bill eventually shifted his focus to law, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Since moving to Florida in 2001, Bill’s practice has been focused in two areas. First, Bill handles family law cases, which include dissolution of marriage, paternity, and post-judgment modification/enforcement proceedings.  As part of Bill’s family law practice, he works closely with various experts, including forensic accountants, vocational experts, psychologists, and addiction professionals.

Bill also handles civil litigation cases, including enforcement of employment agreements (non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.) Bill has also litigated theft of trade secrets and tortious interference with business relationships. Outside of the employment law arena, Bill has handled numerous cases involving breach of contracts, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Bill is married to his wife, Gina, and they have two adult children, Brandon and Kayla. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, taking walks with their dog Sadie, cheering for the Florida Gators, and participating in a local basketball league. Bill is pleased to bring his extensive experience and commitment to excellence to the Firm’s litigation team.
