Zoe Stern is an Associate in the St. Petersburg office, where she focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Zoe earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Eckerd College in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. Upon her admission to The Florida Bar in 2026, she joined Berlin Patten Ebling to build her practice in real estate law.

Outside the office, Zoe serves as Chair of the Young Professionals leadership group for the Children’s Dream Fund, organizing networking and fundraising events that benefit children with life-threatening illnesses throughout the Tampa Bay area. In her free time, you can find Zoe outdoors, traveling, or looking for the next way to get involved in her community.
