New Construction Contracts

Unlike the FR/BAR Contracts we see on a daily basis, there is no standardized New Construction Contract. Each builder will utilize their own contracts which are often times drafted in a manner that heavily favors the builder. Because of this, we recommend attorney review before ever signing a New Construction Contract so your clients understand exactly what it is they are getting into! In this class, we will be touching on provisions that are commonly seen in almost every builder’s contracts to better equip you to guide your clients as they embark on building their dream home.
