Favorite Dog Park

Deputy Kotfila Memorial Dog Park
This park celebrates the legacy of Hillsborough County Deputy John Robert Kotfila, Jr. who was killed by a careless driver; located under the Selmon Expressway. There are separate areas for large and small dogs to play, canine turf, obstacles, bike parking, bright lights and picnic tables.

Favorite Beach

Clearwater Beach
Clearwater beach has something for everyone. The beach is immaculate and pedestrian friendly. Pier 60 gives off a carnival like vibe of street performers, musicians, and local artists. Not to mention, the boardwalk is lined with restaurants, shops and vendors. It is a locals favorite place to catch the beautiful Gulf sunsets.

Favorite Park & Recreation

Cypress Point Park
The ocean view might be why this park is a locals favorite, but it also boasts a beautiful landscape of trees, a disc golf course, restrooms, a playground, and picnic tables.

Favorite Children’s Attraction

Glazer Children’s Museum
Located in downtown Tampa, this children’s museum is packed with interactive exhibits that teach children about the community, and are interesting for kids of all developmental stages.

Favorite Playground

Anderson Playground
This park is loved for the shade, which helps keep the equipment from getting hot, and the added bonus of a splash pad.

Favorite Golf Course

The Claw at USF
This is the home course for the University of South Florida’s nationally-ranked USF Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams. The Claw is also a certified Audubon animal sanctuary, where it is not uncommon to see gators, deer, and many varieties of birds.

MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre
The MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre is the largest concert-only facility in the Tampa Bay Area, so there is always a great national band to check out.
