Sunny Dingman practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning. A life-long Florida native, Sunny was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida where she ultimately attended Rollins College, graduating Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. The call to attend law school at Stetson University’s College of Law, brought Sunny to beautiful St. Petersburg, which she quickly adopted as her forever-home. During her time at Stetson, Sunny was honored to not only serve as a volunteer tax “prepper” for the United Way’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, but also spent two semesters contributing to the United States Department of Justice’s Elder Abuse Guide for Law Enforcement (EAGLE). Sunny received the William F. Blews Award for contributing over 120 volunteer/pro bono hours before graduating Cum Laude.
After having found a true passion for estate and tax law while volunteering and attending Stetson, Sunny went on to earn her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning with a focus on taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Sunny is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, she is a member of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, Taxation, and Business Law Sections as well as an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
Sunny proudly serves on the board of Neighborly Care Network, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of older persons by providing Meals on Wheels, adult day programs, senior dining, and transportation. When not helping her clients preserve their wealth while passing along their wisdom, Sunny enjoys listening to podcasts, practicing ashtanga yoga, and cherishing time with her friends and family.
