T.R. Smith, Esq.

T.R. Smith is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2013. He focuses primarily on real estate transactions but has experience in civil litigation, probate, estate planning, and business law. Before joining Berlin Patten Ebling, T.R. was a partner at a small law firm in Bradenton, where he re-established the firm’s real estate practice. It was T.R.’s goal to focus his knowledge of the law in all areas that could affect a real estate closing. His diverse background allows him to resolve any issues that may arise throughout a transaction. From closing multi-million dollar residential and commercial transactions to successfully defending a Federal court appeal in a commercial litigation action, T.R. has a wide range of legal experience.

T.R. attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies and law school, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2009 and a law degree in 2012. He is a Florida native and currently lives in Parrish with his wife, Reagan, and their son Camden. As a family, they enjoy watching sports, hanging out by the pool, and spending time on Anna Maria Island.
