Kiona Singleton is the Business Development Coordinator for our St. Petersburg office and has been with Berlin Patten Ebling since May 2023. Kiona has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background in sales, marketing, and management.
Before moving to Florida, Kiona was a real estate agent in several states, including Georgia and North Carolina. Kiona said, ” My experience as a real estate agent has given me valuable insight into the importance of working with an attorney for a real estate transaction. I am excited to use my real estate knowledge to connect with professionals and build new relationships.” Kiona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management from Savannah State University.
When she is not out networking, Kiona enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, catching some rays at the beach, and attending the many festivals, fairs, and markets that go on year-round in St. Petersburg.
